Wagga Wagga Base Hospital signage
SHARE

Please be advised that there’ll be a change to pedestrian access to the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (WWBH) this week-end due to the first stage of works to remove signage from the 5th floor of the WWBH.

As a safety precaution, pedestrians will be diverted around the Hospital fire stairs access towards the temporary main entry from 7am Saturday 19 September until 6pm Sunday 20 September. A traffic control officer will be available to direct pedestrians.

The signage removal will be undertaken in a staged manner. The first stage is expected to take approximately two days. The second stage involves work to restore the façade. It will be undertaken during the construction of the Stage 3 building. Construction and operational commissioning of the new multi-storey building is due to be complete early 2021.
